    As a key member of multi-discipline development teams, the Electrical Engineer (EE) will be involved with all levels of electrical/electronic design, including for example system- and board-level architecture definition, component selection, schematic design, design reviews, BOM generation, etc. The EE will coordinate and execute the debug of his or her own designs, as well as assist with designs of other EEs. In addition, the EE will advise on appropriate test methods to be used during the qualification phase of his or her designs.

    • Serve as a technical leader for significant development projects. The ability to manage several simultaneous projects is a requirement
    • Responsible for all electrical design aspects of assigned projects, including generation of Product Electrical Design Specification, system architecture and block diagrams, and detailed electrical design functions

    Responsible for the management of the purchasing and material planning functions within the supply chain organization. The Purchasing/Planning Manager has overall responsibility for managing the purchasing/planning functions in a manner consistent with lean manufacturing and outstanding customer service concepts. This position must also manage from a cash flow perspective as opposed to simply minimizing cost through large buys.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.


    • Directs a staff of 2 buyers. Manages purchasing commitments in excess of $10M per year.
    • Oversees the daily activity of all procurement functions. Reviews purchasing decisions, purchase orders, MRP exception messages and the negotiations of supplier agreements.
    • Place purchase orders, construct and manage LTA’s, confirm/update open order reports, process new suppliers and credit applications, and reconcile accounting discrepancies. Maintain all purchasing files and purchasing related databases.

    • Develop, maintain and communicate regular program status reports for internal and external customers to monitor and report progress to the production schedule.
    • Provide production requirements to manufacturing to help determine short and long-term capacity planning.

    Responsible for the management of US Air Force Programs. The Program Manager will be responsible for customer and end-user communication on new and existing Air Force programs and overall program execution internally in the organization.
