ZMicro’s standard warranty protection plan provides a 3-year warranty on all new products. This plan includes 3 years free parts/labor and Technical Support assistance from 8am-5pm PST.


Replaces ZMicro’s 3-Year Standard Warranty with 5 years free parts/labor and Technical Support assistance from 8am-5pm PST.


If Technical Support determines that there is a hardware part failure or malfunction of a product, an advance shipment of replacement product is initiated. The Airspare Warranty must be purchased at the time of the order and is available in oneyear increments. A replacement product will be shipped from our facility within 2 business days.

ZMicro warrants that every standard product is free from defects in materials and workmanship and conforms to ZMicro’s specifications as set forth in ZMicro’s product data sheet.

ZMicro calculates the expiration of the warranty period from the date that the product is shipped. This means that the ship date on your invoice is your warranty start date. During the warranty period, ZMicro will provide either standard warranty service or the type of warranty purchased for the product.

If a product does not function in accordance with specifications set forth in the product user manual during the warranty period, ZMicro will repair or replace the non-conforming part (with a product that is at a minimum functionally equivalent) without charge. Replacement parts will assume the remaining warranty of the parts they replace. If the product is transferred to another user, the warranty service is available to that user for the remainder of the warranty period.

ZMicro warranties are voided as a result of:

  • Damaged due to accident or abuse.
  • Unauthorized modification of the product.
  • Product is returned to factory in insufficient packaging.
  • Operation of the product outside ZMicro’s environmental specification.

Under no circumstances is ZMicro liable for any of the following:

  • Third-party claims against you for losses or damages.
  • Loss of, or damage to, your records or data; or
  • Economic consequential damages (including lost profits or savings) or incidental damages, even if ZMicro is informed of their possibility.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages; therefore the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
