Repair fees are determined by the warranty status of a unit. The warranty status of a unit will be researched at the time of the RMA request and based on the status will indicate whether or not repair fees are required. Upon receiving the product and it is determined the product was damaged by an end user, the warranty may be voided and repair fees may be incurred.

If a unit is under warranty, there will not be a charge for labor/parts. Once repaired, the unit will be returned via ground shipment. If express shipment is requested, a purchase order or shipping account number is required to cover the expedited shipping fees.

Out of Warranty

If a unit is out of warranty, a purchase order in the amount of $200 is required to cover the initial unit evaluation. Once evaluated, an estimated repair quote will be provided for parts and labor. Labor will be charged at a rate of $150 per hour. Repair of the unit will begin upon authorization of the repair. The parts replaced in an out of warranty product will be warranted for 30 days.

We will accept all units for repair assessment, however; some models are considered End-Of-Life. As a result, it is possible the parts to repair these products may no longer be available. Once the failure has been determined, you will be notified if the unit is irreparable, and is deemed Beyond Economical Repair.
