Now you can have fast, accurate service with special options designed to personalize, process and expedite your shipments with higher levels of accuracy. To order ZMicro products it is as simple as picking up the phone, sending and email, using the fax or or contacting your Sales Representative.
Faxing Option
Faxing your order is convenient, too. Simply fax your purchase order to +1.858.831.7001. Your order will be promptly handled, and you can call a Sales Representative to confirm your order.
Personalized Sales
To provide more personal service to you, our sales representatives and order administration representatives are assigned by territory. This means you can reach a dedicated sales representative every time you call – giving you added value by letting you grow personal relationships with representatives who know your product as well as your special needs, application and delivery requirements. To request a quote, check product availablity, and other related questions, call your sales representative.
Order Accuracy
To ensure the accurate and timely processing of your order, please verify that your purchase order includes the following information: bill-to-address, ship-to-address part number, description, price, contact name, phone and email, delivery requirements, and requested delivery date.

Product availability and prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are list prices and do not include tax, freight or maintenance.
General Product Information
“Part Number” designates a ZMicro standard product line item. “Description” provides general information about the item. See product data sheets for complete descriptions and specifications.
Payment Terms
Net 30 days for approved accounts. To set up an account please contact your sales representative.
Tax-Exempt Certificate Requirement
All tax-exempt accounts should have a tax-exempt certificate on file with ZMicro to avoid having sales tax added to their invoice. This certificate needs to be provided only once. If you are ordering for the first time, please include with your order or account application.
Shipping Terms
F.O.B. Origin/San Diego, California. Shipped via Freight Collect unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation Policy
ZMicro allows a 7-day period (from date of purchase order) for order cancellation. A 35% fee applies to cancellations. Orders 7 days from date of purchase order are considered final sales and will not be accepted for return, credit, exchange or cancellation.
Delivery Date
Delivery date is only an estimate of the approximate date order is expected to ship and can vary depending upon availability.
Warranty
ZMicro warrants its products against defects in workmanship or materials for 3 years from the date of shipment. All non-ZMicro products carry a minimum 90-day warranty. Extended warranties are available, please contact your sales representative.
Warranty Statement
“ZMicro shall not be liable for any failure to keep the equipment in good working order when such failure is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to damage as a result of fire or other acts of God.”
