    SUMMARY:
    Under general supervision with a broad scope of responsibility, performs customer support activities involving the installation, modification, and repair of complex equipment and systems. This individual will document the results of inspections including generating non-conforming reports when necessary. We are looking for a highly organized, methodical professional with a high degree of attention to detail.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

    • Perform incoming inspection on circuit boards (PCBs), circuit board assemblies (PCAs), LCDs, and other parts as necessary.
      •    Perform work-in-progress and final inspection of ruggedized workstations, displays, and imaging systems.
      •    Perform visual inspection, and dimensional and functional verification.
      •    Utilize a variety of calibrated tools such as calipers and pin gages.
      •    Assist in the development of documented inspection procedures for new and revised products.
      •   Maintain accurate records in both electronic and manual record-keeping systems.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • At least three years of experience as a QC Inspector
      •    Read and understand component and assembly drawings
