ZMicro's Standard Warranty:
- No Charge.
- To return a defective product a customer can call the ZMicro Customer Service Department at 1-858-831-7040, or fill out the RMA Request Form on our website, or email Customer Service.
- The ZMicro Customer Service Department / RMA Request Form will ask the customer to provide the following information:
Model number of the defective product having issues.
Serial number of the defective product having issues.
Problem with the product having issues.
Return "Ship To" address.
Phone number and e-mail address of contact.
Purchase order number.
The customer will be issued an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) and will be asked to send the product to:

ZMicro's Extended Warranty Plan provides one and two year extended warranty options under which a Standard Warranty is extended from the end of the first year of the Standard Warranty period.
The One-Year Extended Warranty period will begin on the day the Standard Warranty expires and the Two-Year Extended Warranty begins when the One-Year Extended Warranty expires.

Advance shipment of product is available as a service option on select products. Air Spare warranty must be purchased at the time of the order and is available in one year increments.A replacement product will be shipped from factory within two business days, utilizing two day shipment***.

***Air Spare warranty is available in one year increments. When customer service determines that a product is defective, a replacement product will be shipped from the factory within two business days.
ZMicro utilizes a two business day delivery within the continental USA if contacted before 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.
ZMicro warrants that every standard product is free from defects in materials and workmanship and conforms to ZMicro's specifications as set forth in ZMicro’s product user manual.
ZMicro calculates the expiration of the warranty period from the date that the product is shipped. This means that the ship date on your invoice is your standard warranty start date. During the warranty period, ZMicro will provide either standard warranty service or the type of warranty purchased for the product.
If a product does not function in accordance with specifications set forth in the product user manual during the standard warranty period, ZMicro will repair or replace the non-conforming part (with a product that is at a minimum functionally equivalent) without charge. Replacement parts will assume the remaining warranty of the parts they replace. If the product is transferred to another user, the warranty service is available to that user for the remainder of the warranty period.
ZMicro warranties are voided if the covered product is damaged due to accident or abuse. The warranty is voided if the product is shipped in insufficient packaging.
Under no circumstances is ZMicro liable for any of the following:
• Third-party claims against your for losses or damages.
• Loss of, or damage to, your records or data; or
• Economic consequential damages (including lost profits or savings) or incidental damages, even if ZMicro is informed of their possibility.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, therefore the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
