Z Microsystems is seeking a qualified candidate for this challenging and rewarding Engineering Project Manager position.

Job Functions:

• Manages project progress and revises work plans as appropriate, to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Identifies, assesses, and manages risk items per schedule & budget.
• Develop, organize, and complete project plan using Microsoft Project.
• Coordinates with team to keep project requirements up to date and on track.
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
• Prepares deliverables for Executive Meetings and Reviews.
• Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
• Helps facilitate team meetings, prepares agenda and meeting minutes.
• Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors.
• Coordinating between all the various departments: sales, materials manufacturing, engineering.
• Liaising with all employees who are involved in each project.
• Multi task efficiently between various projects to meet multiple aggressive timelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (or equivalent)
• 5+ Engineering experience
• Outstanding verbal and written English skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

Preferred Requirements:

• 5+ years solid engineering project management experience, including electrical, mechanical, environmental, and validation design cycles.
